1. Permanent item prices are informational until the owner confirms the request. Orders begin by email and are reviewed manually.
2. A permanent item is added manually through VIP Service only after the payment is independently confirmed. The website never delivers permanent or monthly items.
3. The buyer must verify the account, requested item, cryptocurrency, network, destination address and amount. Wrong-network, uncertain or mismatched payments are held for manual review.
4. Gateway fees, network fees and fee coverage are not converted into items or game Credit. Virtual benefits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
5. An eligible single payment of at least $1,000 may receive a permanent-item selection allowance of up to 30%. It is not cash or Credit, creates no further bonus and unused value cannot be withdrawn.
6. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where no mandatory right applies, irreversible third-party costs and digital benefits already delivered are normally non-refundable.
7. Access is not guaranteed permanently. The service may be changed, suspended or closed for security, legal, technical or economic reasons, subject to mandatory law.
