Policies and server rules

Transparent limits protect players and the operator. Mandatory law always takes priority.

Public registration and payment must stay locked until legally required operator information is completed.

Draft version 2026-07-26

Service scope and eligibility

Stealth WoW is an independent community server and account portal. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. Users must be at least 18 years old and may create only lawful, personally controlled accounts.

Access is a revocable permission, not a promise of permanent availability. The operator may maintain, modify, suspend or close the service for security, legal, technical or economic reasons. Mandatory consumer law and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.

Accounts and ownership

Users are responsible for protecting their password, recovery codes, email account and active sessions. Account sales or transfers outside the documented ownership-transfer process are not recognized.

A transfer preserves game records but requires the current password, an email code, a recovery code, verification by the new owner and final operator approval. A thirty-day cooldown follows completion.

Virtual credit and items

Game Credit and virtual items are limited, revocable digital permissions for use inside the service. They are not money, stored value, investments or claims against the operator and cannot be withdrawn for cash.

Only confirmed Credit may be delivered automatically. Permanent items are informational catalog entries and require a separate manual review and delivery. Monthly items are purchased only inside the game.

Payments and refunds

Crypto payments can be irreversible. The user must verify the currency, network, address and amount. Gateway fees, network fees and fee coverage are not converted into Credit.

Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory refund, withdrawal, warranty or consumer right. Where no mandatory right applies, delivered digital benefits, network fees and irreversible third-party costs are normally non-refundable. Mistaken or uncertain payments are held for manual review.

Acceptable use and enforcement

  • No cheating, automation, exploitation, unauthorized access or disruption.
  • No harassment, threats, hate speech, fraud, impersonation or illegal content.
  • No resale of operator-issued Credit or benefits unless explicitly approved in writing.
  • Security weaknesses must be reported privately and must not be exploited.
  • Enforcement may include warnings, reversals of illegitimate gains, temporary restrictions or account closure, subject to mandatory law.

Privacy and security

The portal processes account name, encrypted email and phone data, security events, IP address, device and session information, payment references and ownership records. Phone data is used only for manual ownership support; no SMS service is used.

Passwords, one-time codes, recovery phrases, private keys and application passwords are never written to audit logs. Security, financial and ownership records may be retained longer where necessary for fraud prevention, legal claims and accountability. Ordinary technical logs are minimized, archived or anonymized on an operational schedule.

Operator information

The legally required operator identity, service address and additional disclosures must be completed before public registration or payment is enabled. This draft is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
